  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation notification with tracking information where applicable.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Missed deliveries by the recipient

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
