At TR Glow, we believe that skincare is personal and your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We take pride in delivering high-quality products designed to help you glow with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Returns Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This policy ensures the safety, integrity, and quality of all products delivered to our customers.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The item was damaged during delivery
  • You received the incorrect product

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

How to Request a Return

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your request.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.

Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:

  • An incorrect item sent by TR Glow
  • A damaged product received upon delivery

In such cases, TR Glow will cover the return shipping costs.
